J.T. Snow hit a homerun and had 2 RBI as the Caracas Leones topped the Tampico
Stogies by a score of 6 to 2 at the ballpark.

Caracas jumped on top to stay in the 4th inning with 2 runs using 4 hits.
Omar Vizquel started the inning off right when he delivered a base-hit.  Snow
followed and he laced a single.  Bill Mueller then lined a base-hit resulting
in a run.  Gary Sheffield was up next and he doubled scoring the final run of
the inning.  Caracas had 13 hits for the afternoon while Tampico had 8.

Roger Clemens(11-7) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 6 innings.
Clemens was helped out by John Halama who recorded his 4th save.  Ben
Sheets(12-9) was given the loss.  

With this win, Caracas has a division leading 57-42 record.  They have been
6-4 lately.  With the loss, Tampico has a record of 5-5 lately, 44-55
